You have to request it yourself
We only carry out a search when the person themselves asks for it. Before every order, you confirm that you're requesting a check on your own information. We will never investigate someone on behalf of a third party.
We only look at what's already public
Every piece of information we find comes from websites and databases that are already openly accessible the same things anyone could find by searching online. We don't access private accounts, break into systems, or look at anything that requires a password.
It's completely legal
Searching publicly available information about yourself is entirely legal. We operate within UK law and follow responsible information-handling practices. If you're ever unsure, feel free to ask us.
Your details are handled carefully
The information you give us when you order is kept secure and only used to carry out your search. We don't sell it, share it, or pass it on to anyone.
Everything gets deleted after delivery
Once your report has been delivered and confirmed, we delete everything the details you gave us and the findings from your search. We don't hold onto your data.
No hacking. Ever.
We never attempt to access private accounts or systems. We don't impersonate anyone, use deceptive tactics, or do anything that could be considered unauthorised. If it's not already publicly visible, we don't look at it.
