- — The Priority Delivery fee (£50) is non-refundable in all circumstances. This fee covers the time spent prioritising and expediting your search, regardless of outcome.
- — Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, via Stripe.
- — The guarantee is void if the information you provided at the time of order was materially inaccurate or incomplete in a way that prevented us from conducting a proper search.
